Review| Guerlain Paris 4 colors eyeshadow palette

Merry Christmas lovelies! I have a review for you muffins on this wonderful day of a palette I got a few weeks ago. It's called the Guerlain 4 color longlasting eyeshadow palette. And I am going to tell you all about it in this blogpost.

Vrolijk kerstfeest lieverds! Vandaag heb ik een review voor jullie van een oogschaduw palette wat ik onlangs heb gekregen. Het palette is van Guerlain en bevat 4 oogschaduw kleuren. Ik zal jullie er alles over vertellen op in deze blogpost op deze geweldige dag, geniet ervan!

Design
First of all let me tell you about how much I adore the design of this high end product. It looks like it's made of real gold and I love how it feels in my hands. It's really handy and not to small but neither to big. The product looks simply beautiful

Shades 
This palette contains 4 shades, just like I said before in the introduction. It contains a dark brown shade, a kind of romantic soft pink one, a medium brown shade and last but not least a light pink shimmery shade. All the shades are Matt despite the light pink/almost white one. I think that that the shimmery shade would do great as a highlighter.

Using them + Pigmentation
All the colors are very pigmented, they all show on my dark skin which deserves an applause. The dark brown shade is almost identical to my own skin color which I find kind of funny. However the shade lose their pigmentation when I actually apply them to my eyelids and that's something that kind of makes me sad. Everything is nice and well until you actually start using them. Guerlain also says that their eyeshadow is longlasting which is not. I think this is the quickest disappearing eye shadow I have ever used in my life, because it's simply gone after two/one hours(also with eye shadow base). Which is really disappointing.

- No pigmentation on your eyelids

- If you think that 56,90 euros for a palette is to expensive

Ontwerp
Laat ik beginnen met het verbluffende design van dit palette. Ik vind het een gewoonweg prachtig ontwerp wat er ook nog eens ontzettend high end uit ziet. Ik ben ook helemaal weg van het goud dat voor mij gewoon net echt lijkt. Daarbij is het palette niet te groot en niet te klein en voelt het fijn aan in mijn handen. Het eerste plus punt is dus al binnen.

Kleuren
Het palette heeft zoals ik al heb aangegeven vier verschillende kleuren. Een donker bruine kleur die bijna gelijk is aan mijn eigen huidskleur wat ik best wel grappig vind. De ultimate nude oogschaduw dus(haha). Er zit ook een beige achtig licht bruine kleur bij, een baby roze kleur en een shimmer achtig lichtroze kleur. Elke kleur is mat behalve de licht roze bijna witte kleur, dat heel veel subtiele shimmers bevat. Ik vind vooral deze kleur perfect voor high lighten.

In gebruik + Pigmentatie
Alle kleuren bruisen van het pigment wat je ook terug ziet op mijn donkere huid. Dit vind ik echt ontzettend fijn dus tijdens het eerste keer swatchen was ik dan ook dik tevreden. Helaas was mijn blijheid maar van korte duur doordat ik erachter kwam tijdens het gebruiken van deze kleuren, dat de pigmentatie op het ooglid armzalig was. De oogschaduw blend prima maar verliest zijn pigmentatie tijdens het aanbrengen. Meerdere laagjes toepassen was dan ook hoog nodig bij het gebruik van dit palette. Maar daar blijft het ook niet bij, Guerlain geeft aan dat de oogschaduw long lasting is, nou dat is het dus totaal niet. Na 1 a 2 uur was de oogschaduw van mijn oogleden verdwenen en dit is me dus nog nooit over komen. Zelfs met oogschaduw basis bleef er helaas niks meer van over, erg jammer.

- Als je opzoek bent naar een palette met matte oogschaduw

Waarom je hem niet moet aanschaffen
- Pigmentatie verdwijnt op je oogleden'
- Niet long lasting zoals Guerlain beloofd
- Als je 56,90 euro te duur vind voor een oogschaduw
- Als je goud haat
- Als je opzoekt bent naar oogschaduw met veel shimmers.
